Refund Policy.
At Lillian Grace Wellness Coaching, we understand that life happens and plans may need to change. However, due to the nature of our coaching services, we have a specific cancellation and refund policy in place.
1. Cancellation Period:
Coaching sessions can be canceled or rescheduled up to 12 hours before the appointment.
2. Refund Eligibility:
If a cancellation is made within the 12 hours before the scheduled appointment, refunds will not be issued.
3. Refund Process:
Refund requests for cancellations made outside the 12-hour window will be processed promptly. Please allow 6 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
4. No-Show Policy:
Clients not attending a scheduled coaching session without prior notice will not be eligible for a refund.
5. Exceptional Circumstances:
Lillian Grace Wellness Coaching understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
